Hello

If i need to make changes in GD Practitioners listing and I export CSV file, make changes and upload same file again
Is there anything I need to be aware of, it doesnt mess up any previous works?

It is a well tested tool.

You can try it on a test clone site first.

Let us know if you run into any issues.

Best practice is to not invent data. If there is a question about a field, add a test listing and export to see how values in the field are stored.
