missing payments tab

I must have some setting wrong or something not set up right.

I am using invoicing and payments manager to try to set up payment system.

Under prices and payment section in WP directory…it says General….Prices…. Notifications

There isn’t a tab for payments as shown here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/

I see the same as listed in that link above under configuration #1. but then further down under Prices Tab section it shows a payment tab. I am guessing I need it show the payment tab there but it is not there.

or I guess my main question really is how to I connect invoicing, payment manager and either stripe or paypal so I can take payments?
