Hi there,

I received an email reminder that my 12 month subscription will be renewed on August 18.

1) Thank you for sending reminders, I would’ve completely forgotten.

2) Can you please help me cancel my membership and any future charges. I looked all over the website and couldn’t find a cancelation button. I will appreciate your help.
