Hi,
i also have this problem, and it seems to be with GD booster looking in the root folder, is there a way to make it believe another folder is the root
ie
/var/chroot/home/content/10/10812810/html/wp-content/themes/Avada/js/jquery.cycle.jsBecomes
/var/chroot/home/content/10/10812810/html/new-folder/wp-content/themes/Avada/js/jquery.cycle.jsJune 30, 2015 at 5:05 pm #44229Please provide wp-admin and FTP details in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks,
Stiofan

What was the solution to this. I was experiencing this challenge after setup today. However, I put “geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/map-functions/js/map.js” in my exclude list and maps reappeared.
Any guidance appreciated for better implementation.
July 20, 2015 at 5:34 pm #46266Hi Daleprescott,
it really depends on the theme and plugins installed. There are some script that don’t like to be concatenated and we exclude them.
In this case you excluded the one that was being broken instead of the script that was actually breaking it.
Not ideal because other things could still be corrupted.
If you want us to check further, please provide a url and wp admin credentials in a private reply and we will look into it.
Thanks

I have had a play with the code but there seems to always be problems, the easiest ay to fix this is for your host to fix the $_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’] value on the server.

August 22, 2015 at 1:15 pm #50383Hi stiofan,
this site is on a shared server at the moment, i intent to move it before it goes live but i did the following:
Added
define('WP_CONTENT_DIR', $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'].'var/chroot/home/content/05/12345678/html/<strong>root-folder</strong>');to my wp-config.php file
GD Booster worked but i get this at the bottom of the page
<!– GD Booster is NOT caching this page, because the PHP constant
DONOTCACHEPAGEhas been set at runtime. Perhaps by WordPress itself, or by one of your themes/plugins. This usually means that you have a theme/plugin intentionally disabling the cache on this page; and it’s usually for a very good reason. –>
I does seem to be working on some pages, but my css is not working and im unsure how to stop that, i will have another look tonight
Also, when i run it while i am logged in it gives me the correct message.
Cheers
NotyetAugust 22, 2015 at 1:19 pm #50384We do not cache the homepage for good reason but the minificaion should still be there.
I did some testing and got it to work but the CSS images etc were still being looked for in the wrong place.
The fact is the server you are on is setup wrong, no matter if it’s a shared server.
Thanks,
Stiofan
