    Hi mgeyman,

Thanks for your post. Kindly share both WP admin and FTP access to your server and we’ll check what’s going on.

    Thanks!

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just activated the Supreme Directory theme and I don’t see any issues. What’s wrong?

    Thanks!

When I was logging into my wp-admin to the site I was getting a 500 Server Error. I contacted my host provider, LiquidWeb, and when the support person changed the Theme from the Supreme Directory to default WordPress 2017 theme I was able to login to the site properly without the Server Error message.

    Thanks.

    Mark

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply. It works fine on our end. Probably browser cache related issue. Could you please try clearing your browser cache or use another browser and see if it works?

    Thanks!

    Hi mgeyman,

Thanks for your reply. Not sure why we can’t replicate this on our end. Let’s try troubleshooting this further. Could you please deactivate all plugins including GD and activate the Supreme Directory theme and see if it works?

    Thanks!

OK. I de-activated all plugins and was able to login properly with the Supreme Directory being the active theme. So, it sounds like one of the previous active plugins might be causing an issue?

OK. The very first plugin I just re-activated is the GeoDirectory plugin and it is causing the issue of me not being able to login.
