    Hi,

Please note that I’m not a developer and not very technical, but trying to make it happen anyway!

    1. I uploaded some place listings today in a bulk upload via an Office Libre CSV file, and they look good, but when I click on a listing, it goes to “Not Found.” They do all have a category.

I tried to follow the troubleshooting guide but wasn’t able to see what is going wrong. I’m not sure how to check the correct links to my GD pages (I read the explanation but didn’t understand it).

    2. I want my website to focus on only one category, so I’m only using one icon. How can I center it in the middle of the home page?

I would send you my logon credentials but don’t see a way to do that on my screen.

This is just my second day with Open Directory, and it’s a great tool. Thank you for building it.

    Hi!

I checked all these and I still can’t see the details of listings.

A theory: I looked at my account page and an active product key for my new location manager (all locations) is not listed; I bought (after a few glitches unrelated to you guys and a refund) one location manager and one advanced search add-on. Only the key for the advanced search add-on is listed. The places I’m trying to look at are outside my original city, so could that be the problem?

Thanks for your help with this.

Also, if I only use one of the icons, is there a way to center it on the home page?

    Thanks again.

    1. I de-activated your “Classic Editor” plugin.
    Please check now.

    2. I suggest you delete the Popular Categories widget there: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-remove-the-popular-categories-section-from-the-home-page/

Also delete the categories you do not use.

    Thanks

Thanks so much, Guust, it works now. 🙂 I also plan to delete the categories I don’t need.
