new cities created with new place will not be added in cities list

When I create (as admin) a new place with a new city and new region (not yet created), then this new city and region will not be added in “GeoDirectory > Settings > Locations > Cities

Is this correct? I thought it should be added in cities list, if it’a new city.

I’m just finishing for the night, i see the problem is that the hidden country value is the translated value instead of the untransalted one, i’ll flag this for kiran to fix when he comes online.

(FYI kiran, this is when default country is set)
