Hello,
Great plugin by the way, so thank you firstly.
However I am running into a rather odd issue in regards to fields not loading on add-listing.
So its quite a sporadic issue, which from what I can tell doesn’t affect Chrome.
When visiting a package url directly E.G /add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=3 If visited from Chrome, I see all fields, if I visit from Firefox or Safari I occasionally see the fields, however mostly I only ever see a handful of fields & if i click submit, it redirects to the homepage.
Now i know what your thinking, theming bugs. Well I have switched the theme back to untouched parent theme and the issue persists.
Plugin conflicts then? Nope, I have deactivated all plugins other than the main Geodirectory plugins and the problem is still there.
I have included two screenshots, one from Chrome & one from firefox, both with the same login, and you should be able to see the different fields.
One last point, if i visit https://www.pawz4thought.co.uk/add-listing/ & navigate to the product, the fields do then show most of the time.
This isn’t much use to me however as I have certain products only available if you visit the link directly (offers etc)
Thanks
Adam

September 3, 2018 at 2:57 pm #445153Hello!
Several of us have tested this in Chrome and haven’t seen an issue. The developers have been alerted and will take a look in Safari and Firefox and let us know what they find.
September 3, 2018 at 3:00 pm #445154Hi Alex,
Yes I think the issue persists on browsers which aern’t Chrome.
Am i right in thinking this is a bug with the plugin?
We are planning on launching a marketing campaign in the next 7 days, when you think we would hear back from your developers?
September 3, 2018 at 3:02 pm #445156Just tested your example site, issue persists there also.

Thanks,

I have flagged your topic for the developers to take a look.
It would help if you could deal with the mixed content issues before they take a look.
Also you will need to update all GD plugins.
Thanks
