Missing custom field frontend title

I created a custom field based on the built-in price field. I can add data to the field, but the label that I entered into the frontend title only appears when editing the listing and not on the frontend when viewing the listing.

The $35 in the sidebar should show the label “Price for a Tasting Flight”. However, it’s missing.

In troubleshooting, I guessed that I had set some display: none, but when I removed my custom stylesheet, the problem remains, so I don’t think it’s my CSS. When I change the theme (on a sandbox version) from Divi to 2017 the label does appear.

Can you please help me troubleshoot this missing label?
