500 Internal Server Error

    Hi,
    I want to use the Geodirectory plugin in WordPress Version 4.9.8

    I press first on “Install now”, then I can see that the “Active” button remains grey so it is not possible to press on it.
    Afterward I can notice that on the left side of the screen there is the plugin “GeoDirectory – Business Directory”. When I press on it I encounter the following error message :

    “500 Internal Server Error
    An error occurred while processing this request.
    Website owner? Check your code and/or debug log. If you need assistance, contact support.”

    May you please help me ?

    Hi Kor,
    I have asked WordPress support team to provide me these information. Please find below their reply :

    “With our hosting here on WordPress.com, we do not offer FTP access, so you could invite them as a user by clicking on “Add” next to People in your dashboard, but otherwise they would not be able to access the site’s dashboard.”

    To reproduce this issue here is my site set :
    – Astra theme
    – Astra sites / options
    – Elementor plugin
    – Woo commerce plugins

    GD is compatible with that version of WP, try re-installing GD and if you have any problems then please provide login details in a private reply so we can take a look.
