For admin use only?

    Hi,

    I have a field that I added to Place where I have selected “For admin use only” but it still shows on the Add Listing form and when users claim the listing. I’m guessing it shouldn’t?

    Is this a field that admin only can use and the info will show on front end?

    Yes you are correct. A field set as admin only shouldn’t appear in the front end add listing form. It should only appear in the back end for the admin to use.

    If you provide link + admin credentials we’ll have a look.

    Hi Alex,

    Our man GD is customized and we are not able to update.Any other ideas? Was this an issue with previous versions?

    I’ve just checked on our demo and it appears that the special offer field can’t be set to admin only.

    The demo wasn’t updated yet, so definitely there is a bug in the old version. I’m updating the demo to see if the problem persists.

    I’ll let you know once I’m done updating everything (40+ plugins).

    The problem persist with latest version.

    I would suggest to add a html custom field instead of the special offers field as an admin field as a quick fix.

    Let me know if that helps.
