This title tags are very important for SEO reasons on the category pages. The combination of category and location in the headings and description are crucial for individualizing the content:
If I want to have 2 category descriptions, one short description on top and one with further content in bottom of listings page, then it would be great to have the “Title and meta tags” working in archive pages as well. Another solution is to activate this title tags in other category description areas as well (like the standard description field or the “Archive Intro Text” field (see screenshots)

Location descriptions: same here if you need to combine Location description with a category, then it would be very helpful to use title tags in location descriptions as well in order to individualize the output.
