Search Range

    Hallo,

    WP: 4.9.8
    GD:1.6.32

    Is possible to enable a search that include nearest cities? For example if I search something in city A but is present only in city B and this city is on my search range, is possible to see this pin inside map and in the list?

    Set your search radius large enough at GD > General > Search tab > Limit squared distance area to X miles (helps improve search speed)

    If you type Cagliari (click on Cagliari City) you can see just one pin on the map and one item in the list, I want to know how to show this pin, this item on the list, and the pin and the item list in the nearest city (Quartu San’Elena for example). I have already fill the mile range, but it seems to not work like I want.

    Selecting from the suggestions will give listing IN Cagliari: https://www.jumpinjob.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&sgd_placecategory%5B%5D=&s=+&snear=&set_location_type=3&set_location_val=2&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=

    If you use the Google Map API, you can also search AROUND THE CENTER OF Cagliari.
    Currently, the API cannot locate Cagliari.
