How do you access the GDV2 setup wizard if it does not start automatically or if you want to go back to it?

In the GDV1 to GDV2 update instructions it asks us to “Run the GeoDirectory Setup Wizard to set menu items and widgets” bu I am not sure how to access it.

Open any GD settings page and click the help tab at the top.
