Hello
I am hoping to build a local directory and have only my reviews on it.
1. Is that possible to have my “star” ratings bit not allow others to rate?
2. Can I add additional categories to rate. Example Happy Hour is 5 stars but breakfast is 3 stars, etc.

That will be a piece of cake if you are the only person with an account and no one else can register.

Is that what you meant?

Multiratings allows you to add as many rating types as you like.
