Hello!
Is it possible the change / adjust the details which are displayed in ‘address’ and ‘city’?
Currently the API for OSM puts a combo of different geo-data into ‘address’ but I would like to restrict it to ROAD and HOUSE_NUMBER for a correct postal address in Germany.

Currently we use what the API returns, I’m not sure this can be changed. Probably you’d be better off using Google Maps.

In any case I asked to the developers to let us know if we can strip anything but street name and number.

What the API returns is quite fine – I just want to alter the details which are stored to ‘address’ and ‘city’.

You can add anything you like in the street address after setting the marker on the map.
You can “rename” the city, but it is not always the best idea.

Hi Peter,

Currently there is no way to separate separate house number & road form the address returned from OSM api. This can be done only manually from add listing form.
