GD Dashboard – not working any more

    Dear support team,

    not sure why but the GD dashboard is not displaying any more in my backend.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for your post. We’d need both WP and FTP access to check further. Could you provide that in private reply so that we could assist you further with this? In the meantime, could you tell us what you’ve done earlier that causes this issue?

    Dear Partrik,

    thanks for getting back to me.

    I’ve installed
    user role editor plugin” to set Author as the default role
    AND
    capability manager enhanced” to check the capapility if “manage_options” and it was activated as you can see in screenshot > https://www.screencast.com/t/9DYKkO9mx
    THEN
    I’ve checked the plugins again and found out that the GeoDirectory Dashboard was inactive and the licence key was missing too which I corrected.
    NOW
    It seems to work properly again.
