Hi,

I don’t know if this a question you can answer or not. I am looking at the positions on the site that I am having display ads. These are all on pages that are ‘category’ pages designed to organize the listings- as well as the homepage. (Five category pages, each representing a CPT). What I am wondering is if you think it is possible to format the pages that are in list view (those for : latest listings, search results). If you have any thoughts about this, I am very interested to know.

Hello,

you can use the gd_listings shortcode anywhere that HTML can be written. Widgets are helpful in that they can be easily placed into the sidebars that come with your theme.

I would recommend experimenting with a text widget to place some benign text into each of your widget areas so you can identify them. Then you can use the GD Popular Post View widget to show more listings in various places, or add a new page and use the gd_listings shortcode.
