(invoice ID #612398) : refund for wpgeodirectory

I had purchased wpgeodirectory on November 30, 2017.
The invoice ID was #484807.
Unbeknown to me, my account was automatically billed $119.40 on November 30, 2018 for renewal of the subscription via invoice ID #612398.
We are not using wpgeodirectory for any of our projects anymore because of the very limited functionality it offers with respect to custom fields. We have switched over to another product that has more flexibility with custom fields. We had almost forgotten we had a subscription and only after our account was billed again did we come to know about it.

We have cancelled our subscription from paypal but no refund has been issued yet.

I, therefore, request you to initiate a refund for the billing (invoice ID #612398) that was done without our knowledge.
