    My GeoDirectory Homepage isn’t appearing on the page which I have assigned it. It has been working perfectly fine up until now, what could be the problem?

    That sounds strange. Have you checked the GD permalinks?

    You can make a private reply and include your WP Admin credentials and a login URL so we can check the settings.

    Support for the free plugin is only available to sites running only the free plugin.

    Here I have logged into my account in which I used to purchase the Location Management plug-in, is it possible now that you can assist me with this? I do love GeoDirectory and plan to purchase several more add-ons. May you please assist me with the Homepage issue?

    We just have to wait. I cannot see any obvious issues on the site. You can continue to add listings and use the features that are available.

    If you have a staging site you can make that available, too.

    My visitors can not view the Homepage therefore I have no use for the plug-in. If I can not have the issue resolved I ask that you guys please refund me the cost of the Location Management Add-on then the plug-in will be deactivated & deleted.
