    I’m in the process of getting all of the settings configured on this new V2 setup and have some questions and a few concerns…

    1. The image used in the featured area is the featured image set for the page.
    2. It should show up automatically. Make sure you have updated both Supreme directory and Directory starter to V2. I can see the shortcodes on the frontpage but they aren’t responding, so, that tells me DS is probably still V1.
    3. Please contact the plugin author for support.
    4. That is also probably because the DS / Directory Starter theme or Supreme is not V2 yet. Let us know if that fixes it.

    Review your settings in
    GeoDirectory – Settings – Locations

    Make sure you have enabled multicity
    I think if you are limiting the site to Hawaii then you can leave it with Regions – Enable selected regions – Hawaii

    Supreme Directory is V1. Update that to V2.

    The Image in the featured area of a Detail page can be populated with the featured image of the listing.

    To allow that, make sure the option in

    GD, Settings, Design, Detail page, Disable theme feature image output?, UNCHECK

    About the logo, it looks like it is showing as the first image.
    You can adjust that by changing the gd_post_image shortcode properties in the GD Detail template.

    Which version number of Supreme Directory should be there for v2? I specifically downloaded v2 today from a link Paolo shared.

    Also, now i’m getting an error message trying to login that says…

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_user_signup() in /home/shophawaii/public_html/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/inc/geodirectory-compatibility.php on line 444

    I cannot login.

    I FTP’d in and deleted the Supreme Directory theme and am now logged in….

    I just uploaded the only other v2 i could find and that seems to be the right one…so far

    Alex,

    That adjustment worked for the listings…now the logo is showing at the top instead of the map. Well done!

    Ok, now on to the next challenges….

    1. Where / how do I update the background image on the homepage?

    2. Where / how do I update the logo?

    The front page featured image will change the image in the featured area.
