The ninja form is not loading for contact or claim listing:

This listing has an email address in it so it’s a good example: https://thingstodoinnc.com/places/gastonia/viva-tequis/

I’ve followed the documentation the best I could. I had the same problem with Ninja Forms the last time I setup V2 on a different site/experiment.

The contact form just loads a black box. The claim listing form is also empty.

In case this helps, I may have set things up backwards. Here’s how I did this:

first I added a viva tequis listing
then i setup the claim listing custom field and package
then I added a gd claim listing ninja form.
then i added a gd contact form
then i added a custom field for email
then i added an email address to the viva tequis listing

Could this order of doing things have tripped up the system? lol maybe I should have added the custom field first, then setup the ninja form, then added a listing with an email address?

You are using the default post claim.
The GD > Nina widget does not have a form selected.

Great, the contact form is working now. I guess when I was watching the video I didn’t see that and overlooked it in the widget settings.

What about the post claim not working? What is wrong with it? What do you mean that I’m using “the default post claim”?

Awesome, thanks, what did you do? I’d like to understand all this more.

Also, regarding claim listings, if i recall correctly in V1 a listing could not be unclaimed after it has been claimed. Is different in V2?

I think I figured it out. When you said “You are using the default post claim.” I didn’t know what this meant because it was so vague. What I now think you meant, maybe what you meant to say was: I was using the wrong widget for claim listing. Instead of using the “Post Claim” use the “Ninja Form” widget and set it up to use the Claim Form that was created in the Ninja Forms Dashboard.

What is the Post Claims widget for?
