Hi. We’re getting the ‘Quota Limit’ Then “access Denied’ And now ‘Development purposes only’…

I’ve relinked a payment option to the project, I’ve relinked the API key for the project, I’ve spent a good couple of hours googling, and trying to sort this issue, and I’m out of options.

    How can this be fixed?

Please see attached screenshot showing the unlimited quota, and we’re still having these issues?

    Thanks

    Hi Anthony,

Thanks for your post. Try generating a new key, and make sure your API project has billing connected:

    Hi Anthony,
I’ve tried that twice and we’re not having any success unfortunately! :/
I’ve also read that article and followed steps multiple times

What else could we do to fix this, it’s really critical for us!

    Hi Anthony,

Thanks for your reply. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that I could check the console logs? I’d like to check which part you’ve missed.

    Thanks!

Your themes are out of date. Could you update Supreme and Directory Starter, and then if the problem persist we can do some deeper debugging if you can provide us with FTP.

Hi Sorry for the delay, we’ve been slammed and I wanted to look at this deeper. But still having issues.
I’ve updated the theme, even though this undoes a lot of our front-end changes (not currently child theme) – but we’ve got a backup point so don’t worry about that…

It’s still not working I’ve triple checked this with the up to date theme, and it’s still not playing ball, could you take a look please?

Really not sure what is wrong here!

    Hello Anthony,

There is an error “You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.” on site pages. This ahppens due to Google Map JS API loaded twice one from GeoDirectory plugin & another from The Event Calender plugin. This error breaks the Google map loading.

See similar issue reported at here https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/multiple-google-maps-javascript-api/#dl_post-1601552

    Kiran
