Location Manager not working

GD version: 2.0.0.43
WP version: 5.0.2
We’ll be using Avada for the theme.

Installed LM 2.0 and not getting the same visuals as videos and documentation pages. On GD:Locations:Settings:Countries there are no fields with drop-down selectors. We are on dev site trying to set up U.S. as default country and Oregon as default “region”. (See attached Locations Settings.jpb)

In addition our Design tab is not displaying Listings, Search, Detail, Author, Navigation, Scripts and Map tabs. See attached GD Design Issue.jpg

According to your video we’re supposed to see a Location Switcher someplace but not seeing that in the GD setup. Have we missed something there?

We have added a Google Maps API key.
