geoDirectory plugin conflict with memberpress

Hi,

I have your plugin (and a few of your premium plugins) installed on my site (https://staging.condovoice.com/) along with MemberPress. Here is the problem:

1. I have a page that is locked to members only: https://staging.condovoice.com/forums/forum/member-to-member/. I have a couple membership tiers set up on memberpress, all of which can access this page. However, if you are not a “member” you cannot access this page. You should be redirected to a login page.

2. Right now with GeoDirectory installed – when a regular (subscriber) user without a membership tries to access this unauthorized page I get an error from my browser saying “You have been redirected too many times”. This does not happen when GeoDirectory is deactivated.

So I have narrowed this down to being a conflict issue with memberpress and your plugin GeoDirectory. I’m not sure why this is happening. Does GeoDirectory have any redirection rules in the code that could be causing this conflict? Do you know what could be causing this?

I have talked to MemberPress and my server support team and neither of them are of any assistance to me. You are the last people I can contact, so any help would be much appreciated. Especially since you know your own plugin code so well.

Could you look into this a little and let me know if there is some setting we can deactivate or some code I can modify to maybe make this plugin work with MemberPress? I would really like to use your plugin and not switch to another directory plugin since I purchased a few of your Premium plugins already.
