Star rating not displaying properly, remove "More"

Hi guys,

Please see attached. The review images background is hiding some of the review text if its a capital letter and there is a link with “More” which does not actually seem to be doing anything.
I am assuming in “More” it should show the rating text i.e. Excellent etc.? How can I set this up to display in the “More” section”?

Also I have set up a new rating style in MultiRatings –> Rating Styles, how can I make this the rating style and instead of stars display the bones? I would also need to upload somewhere a bone which has no filling colour i.e. if someone rates 4 bones it would be 4 full bones and 1 bone only with the border.
