Please Help. I followed the instructions to the letter and got this error (see attachment) when uploading GDV2 via FTP. Now I can’t access the conversion tool. URL: http://dev.finditsober.com

It looks like you’re uploading the complete extracted folder instead of only the geodirectory folder inside the extracted folder.

I moved the uploaded one to plugins/backup and re-uploaded, being careful to upload only the geodirectory folder…same error.

Hi Janet,

Thanks for your reply. It says “Connection Closed By Server”. Could you check with your hosting provider? Maybe there are some restrictions that needed to be removed before you can continue?
