Help removing distance & sort search results

Hello,

Hoping someone can help me. I’m trying to achieve two things

1; Remove the unsightly distance in bold numbers from the listing in our search results.

2; Sort our search results into an order that puts are marked ‘featured’ listings to the top of the queue.

Unfortunately, our developer who helped us, in the beginning, has access to that – we don’t – and we no longer have access to his help!

I’ll have to think of another workaround, sorry!
