    I have added the GD Search Widget to GD Home Top Section but it does not “Return” any of the Places added.
    1. Is this because I have Disables Maps?

    Please advise.

    Please try to disable all non GD plugins and test again. Let us know if one was creating a conflict.

    Somehow you have disabled maps on the add listing page, and the input of lat lon. Near search works with lat lon.

    Did you remove that intentionally?

    I see you have disabled maps. If you disable maps then near search will not work.

    Perhaps you would like to use OpenStreetMaps in the settings at

    GD – Design – Map – Select Maps API

    You don’t need to display maps on the front page, but, without maps you cannot set latitude and longitude for your posts.

    Now you have to go back and adjust the map location of the listings by editing them and adding lat lon
