WordPress default directory

    My host deploys wordpress to /wp/wp-admin/

    I believe they do it to avoid spam attacks…

    When I install a plugin, I get a looped redirect error.

    Is there any way I can set wpgeodirectory to “know about” this alternative directory install or is it fixed on /wp-admin/ only?

    p.s. if it helps, I installed the location manager plugin and then got a fail on the whole admin area!

    Plugins have to be uploaded from your admin area, if that does not work, then seek support from your host and ask them how to deal with their non-default setup.
