Cross linking date and venue location

Hi all,

I have a search bar on the slider, and clicking on the search bar brings down a ‘near me’ option.
On any given day there are about 50 events at different locations. These are repeated weekly, and the site is set up for about 50 weeks of repetitions for the events for each day.
Clicking on the ‘near me’ option brings up the nearest event, but it repeats the display of the same event for a number of weeks, ie it will show the 13th, 20th, 27th, and so on before it shows any other events which are a bit further away. Is there a way of limiting the nearest repeated event display to one or even two dates so that there can be more events from further away being shown on that date?

You can add the “Event dates” field to the search bar at Events > Settings > Search tab, so your visitors can narrow the search by dates too.
