    Dear Support-Team,
unfortunately I can not select the country within GeoDirectory. Starting in the Wizard setup, default settings, imported and new places – alway the same message “No matches found”.

    Things I tried
    – restart, fresh WP shell and database
    – plugins, installed latest GD and advanced search plugin
. themes, installed theme supreme v2
    – wp settings, set permalink to standard location
    – run wizard, set Google Maps API key
    – wizard, set default location advanced (see screenshot)
    – wizard, install dummy data
still I can not set the country, with or without the locations manager. Which I think does not cause the problem.
    – research here in forum and google online
    – variations, same result. without theme, multilocations

Is there something I am missing?

    Hello,

that sounds strange. What happens when you drag the marker? The country stays blank?
We could take a look at that. If you make a private reply you can include your site URL and WP Admin credentials.

    Hello,

You can fix this on your live site by any one of following:
    – Access to your database > Browse DB_PREFIX_options table > delete row with option_key = wp_country_database_version
    OR
    – Move DB_PREFIX_countries database table from your test site to live site(you can do this via import/export sql).

    Kiran
