V2 – custom fields restrict display

Hi,
Is there any way to not display any custom fields in the front end lsiting details – eg i am collecting Busisness incorporation/ VAT numbers etc from owners, but do not want to show these on the detail page

Is CSS the only way or is there any other way?

Just select nothing in “show in what locations” in the custom field settings.
