Second Video Tab only shows URL

Hello,

I followed the instructions of thread #455277 for adding a second video. I used a textfield as an input option, but the tab in the listing detail only shows the URL of the video. Am I missing something?

You can just add 2 videos to the video field.

Thank you Guust, I’ve read about this option. Would extra tabs be possible to achieve right now? The reason is that I want this function only to be available in a paid listing.

If you use a text field or html field, you must enter the embed code, not the URL of the video. That’s the only solution I see for your case.

Thanks Paolo. I was hoping for a more user/customer friendly solution and thought it could easily be done following this thread:

There is already a video field (in GD v2). Did you try adding that instead of a text field?

A text area will behave the same as the Video field, if you need more than one (field or tab).

@ Paolo: Yes, there is one and I added it, but can I add it twice or even more times? I thought the variables had to be unique. They are not changeable by the admin.

@alex: That’s exactly what I did, but unfortunately this method didn’t work. Can you please try for yourself? The credentials are provided in my second post.

Ah, I see. That is a bug.

You are using Kleo, so, fair warning this may turn out to be an issue with Kleo, which is not yet ready for GDV2.

Please share FTP so the developers can do some more debugging.

For the developers, the issue is that textareas are not rendering video links.

We have added option “Embed Media URLs” for textarea fields to enable embed media urls.
I have updated patch on your site and now second video on your site is working fine.
