    When I click on one of the locations on the map the featured image is not displaying, only the name of the place.

    I have edited the CSS to make the reviews star rating not show but I don’t think that is causing the problem..

    The image is at a https, but your site ssl is not working correctly.

    Fix your SSL and the image will display.

    Your page is still not serving over SSL, meaning, it is not accessible over SSL.

    You can change all your links to HTTP instead of HTTPS, if yo ucannot get your SSL working properly.

    Try contacting your host about your SSL issue.

    If you want to change to HTTP we offer some pointers here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/mixed-content/

    I have got my site onto SSL now and the image is still not displaying correctly. I can fix it will CSS in the child theme but surely it can just display properly!?

    I have basically fixed it myself with this code
    .gm-style-iw-d {display: inline!important;}

    Put it in the child theme – this really should not be necessary!

    The issue was SSL, as far as the 404 error for the image was concerned. Was there something else you needed us to look at?

    Hi,

    I found that you have activated “GeoDirectory Location Manager” plugin version 2.0.0.13 which is only for GeoDirectrory V2, not V1. So I have deactivated it. Kindly provide FTP details in private reply to troubleshoot the issue.

    We have released a major V2 update for GeoDirectrory plugin. You can update your plugin as per our documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/

    Regards,
    Patrik
