Adding the right hand menu to article home page

Hello there – I have a sidebar on my blog post page but I would like that same sidebar to appear on the ‘master’ blog home page e.g. /articles/

Unfortunately I can not see where this is added in settings – is it a custom code job?

That depends on the theme you are using. Are you using a GD theme?
You should find the sidebars at Appearance > Widgets.

Post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check your settings.

Supreme Directory theme does not have sidebar widget section for the main blog index page. It only has a sidebar widget section for blog posts pages.
The other site is using a WP page and added manual links to the blog posts.
