Cannot Display Sidebar in Detail Page

I’ve spent about 5 hours trying to make this work and have read every single post on this subject. No matter what I do, I cannot seem to get anything to show up in the sidebar under the listing detail page. Nothing. I’ve enabled the “GD > Output Location” widget in the “Sidebar Page (sidebar for pages)” section and set some of my custom fields to show up under the “details page sidebar”. The only time it works is when I disable the Supreme Directory theme, and use only the Directory Starter theme.
