On regular pages, WooCommerce shortcodes work fine. This one, for example: https://cornholecentral.com/best-cornhole-bags/
In the Local Bags section, I’m using this shortcode to present their products:[products ids="4678,4688" per_page="4" columns="4" orderby="title" order="ASC" operator="IN"]When I use that same shortcode on the Local Bags vendor page, it identifies and displays the right products, but displays placeholders as if there’s no images for them:
If I BeaverBuilder the page looks right, to me, just once, like this:
But if I refresh the page, it reverts to the ugly placeholder version.
Can you please help me? Thanks.
March 6, 2019 at 6:49 pm #473063When you say vendor, how are you including the shortcode, and can you share a link?
March 7, 2019 at 1:57 am #473227Sorry, big thing to leave out. Here’s the URL for the vendor page above: https://cornholecentral.com/vendors/united-states/ohio/albany/apparel/local-bags/
I’m just including the WooCommerce shortcode as part of the page’s content, like this:
Local makes high-quality cornhole bags and cornhole boards.

The problem persists, and the upgrade introduced a fairly major problem that I need help with. Not sure if I should spin up a new thread or if you want to handle it here. Let me know.
https://corncenstaging.wpengine.com/board-men-cornhole-gear/
still features broken images just like
https://cornholecentral.com/board-men-cornhole-gear/With the plugins updated (only change) my
Clubs CPT is presenting page content twice:

March 13, 2019 at 12:53 am #474251Good news: Disregard that. GD-details had unnecessarily become a Beaver Builder page which I know can monkey with GD pages, and when I disabled that it went back to working fine.
Bad news: WooCommerce product listings still aren’t working in CPTs that are defined by the gd-details page.
Example: https://cornholecentral.com/vendors/all-cornhole/
Product images no bueno. : (
But that vendor page features the exact same shortcode that presents the WooCommerce products on this page, where product images work fine.

It looks like shortcode conflicts with template file. I will fix and let us know asap.

March 13, 2019 at 3:20 pm #474340Hi Greg,
In GD because we used the theme default “page.php” which often can show the featured image at the top, we have a setting that tries to auto disable the featured image output, this is what is causing the issue in your case, you can disable this under
GD>Settings>Design>Details>Disable theme feature image output? Also have adjusted the function to try and make it only disable it for the main post, this fix will be in the next release.
Thanks,
Stiofan
