Unable to update listings

    Hi,

    We found that user (Business owner) are not able to update their listings. They can get edit the info, but when they click on update, they will be redirect back to homepage. But the infomation is not updated. We need help on this, thanks.

    We will need admin details.
    I am guessing your settings at
    GD > navigation > Allow post type to add from frontend:
    are preventing users to update.

    Sorry, just found it, but not sure why it shows as a line instead of some select box, any clues ?

    You are having a plugin conflict.
    De-activate all plugins until you find which one it is.

    Is it OK if I turn off all your non-GD plugins? I can see you re-activated them.
    What URL issue do you have?
    We do not provide support for customised installations, so I’d be interested what you are trying to change.

    You do not need any modification for that, just go to GD > Permalinks and untick all the boxes there, see also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks/

    We can check the test site if you like with all other non-GD plugins disabled and modifications removed.

    Sorry, but we do not provide support for customizations.
    Please remove any customizations and if that does not fix it, then provide details of the problem again, just referring to one site only with the relevant details.
