Places, Map and other features do not show under my site's Directory page

    Hi,
    I did the upgrade and, I believe I followed all the steps correctly, but my places do not show under the Directory on my site cubacustomtours.com/directory. However, I do see all Places under Places in WP.

    Any suggestions?

    Glad to hear you have upgraded to GDV2 with hundreds of improvements and new options for your directory.

    If you haven’t already please be sure to check out this doc about upgrading: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/

    Also, it would probably help to take a look here at the getting started doc which talks about setting up your directory home page and much more: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/

    If, after reading the getting started doc you still have an issue please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look at your settings.

    If /directory/ is your directory home page, try adding the front page content as linked from the getting started page above.

    Ok, I got it. What I was doing wrong is that I was trying to add the shortcodes in the “GD Home page” but didn’t see the “Directory” page under WP pages. You have most of GD pages starting with “GD…” but “Directory” and “Add listing” are not. So at first I missed them. Just a suggestion, that you may want to change all page names to be prefixed with “GD..” in your next release so they are grouped together.
