Hide CPT in Search bar

Hi I have 5 CPTs amongst them an events CPT

I tried to exclude the dropdown to select the CPT in all search bars with this CSS from your GDV2 documentation)

}

However, it also takes away not only the CPT dropdown but also the date from/to fields if I link to CPT Events Listing page
