Event Expire Date viewable to User in edit form

Hi!
In V1 the Event Expire Date was listed for Users in the Edit form as something that was not editable by them. If I recall correctly it was right next the “Published” comment. In V2 I can get the Expire Date to appear on the form and other places but the User can edit it when they step into edit form.
