add listing page - description show shortcodes

hello,

in page add listing – description: the shortcodes appears??!! for users/clients it doesn’t make sense. how can we remove the shortcodes and show to a description textarea blank for users/clients?

1. how to change the SEARCH page layout for each CPT? and for no location CPT (not having map, no location CPT search page is a bigger width so I would like to have layout=2 for all and layout=4 for no location CPT)?

Could it be possible to have a search page for each CPT as archive and detail in new version?

2. How to open the detail page in new window (supreme theme)?

1. It would require a code customization to have a different search page for each CPT.
2. That would require a customization, a developer could achieve it relatively easily with some JS.
