Ninja Forms Installed and Activated but not showing up, why?

    I have Ninja Forms installed and activated, but it is not showing up on my dashboard, so I can not access it, why?
    Can you help me make Ninja Forms vieable?

    It is working fine, now, if it still forces a download for you, you need to clear your cache.

    Each time I make Geodirectory changes it changes my .PHP file extension to the default and I get that download option error, but it working fine now.

    Try it again.
