I have logged in to my account but all my account history has disappeared. Also, my purchased downloads are missing, says I haven’t purchased any before. Just wondering what is going on with my account?

Hi Kerrin,

Thanks for your post. Could you check and see if you’ve logged in to the correct account that you purchased the GD membership?
