image not updating

The original image that I deleted is listed on the places multiple listing page and the correct updated image is showing on the places detail page. I have this set for only one image and have deleted the prior image, yet it is still showing.

Attached are screenshots to show.

That looks very much like a caching issue. Please clear all your caches.
If we need to check your settings, please add a direct link to that listing and your WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look for you.
