Can i ask, where can be problem, when system write me a message “The uploaded file is not a valid csv file. Please try again.”

I try to download sample csv and upload it, but still the same message. I have upload directory writeable for 777.

Can you post your URL and admin details in a private reply please, then we can have a quick look.
