Preview listing page not working

    Hi,

    Not sure what is going on but when adding a listing on our website, the preview listing page is blank and when you click on next it doesn’t show any information in the listing and doesn’t really save anything.

    You can test this by creating an account at: http://www.kilp.com.au/
    Go and create a free listing (same happens with the paid listing so isn’t related to the video embed as per other similar topics).

    I have disabled the following plugins and no difference:
    – Widget Logic
    – Simple 301 Redirects
    – Clef

    Only other plugins untested are the following which I really can’t see how they would affect it as most of them are GeoDirectory plugins or WordPress default plugins:
    – GeoDirectory
    – GeoDirectory Location Manager
    – GeoDirectory Payment Manager
    – Stripe Payment GeoDirectory Add-on
    – Limit Login Attempts

    Please help with this ASAP as the site has been live and we have only realised this issue recently.

    Please add your WP admin details in a private reply, so we can have a look.
    I think you do not have a page at GD > permalinks > Preview page.
    Also run GD > GD Tools > check for GD pages.

    HI Guust,

    I have run the page check and this is the result:
    Listing page exists with proper setting.
    Add Listing page exists with proper setting.
    Listing Preview page exists with proper setting.
    Listing Success page exists with proper setting.
    Location page exists with proper setting.
    So it does exist.

    The way GD pages are used has changed.
    Please update your WP and all GD plugins, everything is out of date. Then let us know if you still have a problem.

    Hi Guust,

    I have updated all plugins now and gone and applied my changes to the template files again and the listing preview is still not working.

    What template file would be affecting this?

    All your GD pages were missing, I recreated them for you. Please test now.

    You are still quite a few versions behind of GD. You are using 1.4.8 and we are up to 1.5.1.
    And your WP is out of date still too.
