Disable Physical Location breaks subdirectory link structure

I have GD installed in a sub-directory called “my-city” (multisite set-up). I have a CPT with physical location disabled in GD-General.

The problem is that the listing detail links are broken on listings with physical location disabled because GD strips away “my-city” from the detail url even though it is the name of my subdirectory and not related to the dynamically-generated GD link structure.

When I enable physical location on this CPT, the detail links work fine since the subdirectory “my-city” is no-longer stripped from the url.
