How to remove 'region' from the 'Add Place' form?

I’ve just bought ‘Location Manager’ plug-in and tried to use it on my site. Everything works fine except ‘region’. I am using it in Thailand only where people understand ‘region’ as ‘North / East / West / South / Central’. Is there any way to remove ‘region’ option in the ‘Add Place’ form? I tried to remove it from the custom fields in Place listing form. but when I try to add new listing ‘Please choose any address of the () region only’ pops up. Now, in the form, the region and city are the same as in the attached photo.
